The
Stuart McElrath Company can provide both project engineer and
project management services. To
help understand the difference between
Project Management
and Project Engineering,
the Stuart McElrath Company has developed the
following definitions: |
|
|
|
--[
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
]-- |
|
The overall management of any project with, or
without, any portion of the engineering
package. |
|
|
|
--[
PROJECT ENGINEERING
]-- |
|
The development of an engineering package which
includes, but is not limited to, drawings, Gantt
charts, bid specifications, etc. |
|
To insure the
successful completion of any small or large
capital project, the Stuart McElrath Company has
developed the a multi-step formula. By following
these steps, any project can be completed
successfully - without delays and costly
overruns.
This formula
consists of the following steps: |

In the 25 years,
the Stuart McElrath Company has completed
numerous projects related to the foundries and
their related manufacturing process. These
projects included molding and close-up loops,
pouring floors, furnace pits, pouring systems,
core room additions, shakeouts and dust
collection systems.
Additionally,
several Attrition (mechanical) and Thermal Sand
Reclamation systems, complete with pneumatic
sand distribution and bulk storage, have been
designed and installed. Please go to the
Project References page for additional
